Though not as well known as the famed Kona coffees, the growing Kauai Coffee Company have worked hard to develop this smooth, flavorful small bean coffee. Crops in Kauai that were nearly destroyed by hurricane Iniki in 1992 are now producing more than half the coffee grown in Hawaii.
