Buttered Coffee
1
teaspoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
5-6 ounces freshly brewed Jamaican coffee, steaming
1 whole clove
1 tablespoon dark rum
1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Put butter in an Irish coffee glass or mug, then pour in the steaming
coffee.
Add
brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add
clove and rum. Dust with nutmeg.
